How long does TorchLean take to build and test on its ordinary continuous-integration runner?
This page reads the timing records already produced by successful main-branch CI runs. It does
not start another workflow or maintain a benchmark server. Because GitHub-hosted machines vary,
these numbers are useful for spotting changes worth investigating, not for comparing hardware or
making fine-grained runtime claims.
